Moody Gardens is a 242-acre theme park, complete with a variety of attractions, a hotel, and a convention center. The complex features a wave pool, a beach, and a lazy river, which are open seasonally. Additionally, the gardens contain a zip line and ropes course, an aquarium, a rainforest zoo, and more. Moody Gardens offers several educational experiences and even private and public animal encounters with penguins, otters, and seals (for an additional fee).
