Winter Activities in Teton Village
During the winter, Teton Village is blanketed in snow and crowded with skiers. It's the main area where the aerial tram and other ski lifts are located. The village is built around the needs of skiing enthusiasts, featuring boutique shops, restaurants, ski gear shops, and ski and snowboard rental stores. Additionally, the area is home to several après ski bars and a variety of lodgings including hotels and condos. Renowned après ski spots include the famous Mangy Moose and the Alpenhof, along with newer high-end options like Corsa.
Summer Activities in Teton Village
In the summer, Teton Village comes alive with an array of diverse offerings. Activities include hiking and mountain biking trails, live concerts, a disc golf course, and sightseeing trips on the Aerial Tram. A popular summer tradition is taking the tram up Rendezvous Mountain to enjoy waffles at Corbet’s Cabin. The guided via ferrata is another top attraction, providing visitors with an exhilarating experience climbing cliffs with the aid of ropes and iron ladders.
Hours and Pricing
Most lift-served activities operate from 9 or 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The cost varies depending on the specific activity, but some activities like hiking and disc golf are free of charge. During the summer, parking is free, and there is an hourly START bus service to and from town.
