It is home to over 15,000 aquatic animals, providing visitors with up-close encounters such as the Shark Bridge. This rope suspension bridge allows guests to walk mere inches from sand tiger and nurse sharks, a favorite among recent visitors. Other notable exhibits include Little Blue Beach, showcasing the world's smallest penguin species, and Hippo Haven, where Nile hippos reside.

Advance online reservations are strongly recommended due to timed entry admissions. Guests can enter up to 30 minutes before or after their reserved time; otherwise, they may need to wait for the next available slot, which might be on a different day. The last entry is allowed 30 to 90 minutes before closing, depending on the day.
