When you need a break from the beach or the weather isn't cooperating, there are numerous attractions to keep you entertained. One standout location is Pier Park, an outdoor retail, dining, and entertainment complex.

Dining and Shopping at Pier Park

Pier Park is home to a range of chain restaurants such as Olive Garden, Panera Bread, and Five Guys, alongside popular stores like Bath & Body Works, Dillard's, and Old Navy. When you need a respite from shopping, you can head over to Pier Park Amusements, the on-site theme park that has been well-received by recent visitors.

Pier Park Amusements features a SkyWheel, the SkyTrail Ropes Course, and an 18-hole miniature golf course. These attractions provide a variety of fun activities for visitors of all ages.

Visitor Experience

Visitors have particularly appreciated the area's cleanliness and safety. The retail complex is situated across the street from Russell-Fields City Pier, where lifeguards patrol the sand seasonally, and dogs have their own designated beach area.

Hours

Pier Park operates Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. for shopping and dining. However, most attractions do not open until 11 a.m. and are subject to weather closures.

Tickets and Parking

Browsing through Pier Park is free, but bring your wallet if you plan to do more than window shop. Attractions at Pier Park Amusements come with a cost: The SkyWheel, open year-round except on Thanksgiving and Christmas, costs $18.89 for four revolutions, while the SkyTrail Ropes Course is open seasonally with tickets priced at $16.99. An 18-hole round of mini golf at the course located below the SkyWheel costs $14.99.
