Smoky Mountain Brewery
The Smoky Mountain Brewery, the oldest craft brewery in eastern Tennessee, first opened its doors in Gatlinburg in 1996. Now, it features several taprooms throughout the state, including one in Pigeon Forge. The taproom serves seven flagship beers, ranging from a red ale and light lager to an India Pale Ale and an English Brown Ale, in addition to seasonal and special brews throughout the year. The venue also offers a range of food options including pizza, wings, burgers, and sandwiches.

Located about 4 miles north of central Pigeon Forge, near Apple Barn Winery, Iron Forge Brewing Co. is the newest addition to the area's brewing scene, having opened in April 2023. The brewery offers a variety of craft beers, including the Little Pigeon Amber Lager and the 6,000 Elevation Imperial IPA. Additionally, it features inventive options like the Pom Rio, a pomegranate wheat ale. Visitors can sample a flight of four different 5-ounce pours to experience a range of offerings.
