The McNay Art Museum Collection
The McNay's collection boasts more than 22,000 pieces, featuring a range of artwork from post-impressionist and modern creations to Native American art. Notable artists within the collection include Edward Hopper, Paul Cézanne, Diego Rivera, Auguste Rodin, and Henri Matisse. The museum itself is situated in a Spanish Colonial Revival residence, spread across 23 acres of lush green space, originally owned by the artist and collector Marion Koogler McNay. While the art is a major attraction, strolling through the museum grounds is a unique experience in itself.
