As its name suggests, World of Coca-Cola is a museum dedicated entirely to the famous soda. Visits to the two-level facility begin with exhibits on the drink's history, its role in pop culture, and the bottling process. A Portrait Wall documents the brand’s global impact. In addition to the regular Coca-Cola Theater, the museum boasts a 3-D Theater. Older generations in your group will likely enjoy the museum's attention to the company's past, but kids will probably be most excited for the Taste It! area, where multiple varieties of Coke can be sampled. You can also purchase various Coke memorabilia at the on-site gift shop. Soda enthusiasts find this place fascinating, though those with no affinity for the brand may be underwhelmed. Some visitors lament that the museum can get crowded and its lines long.

World of Coca-Cola Tickets

Standard tickets for World of Coca-Cola range from $21 to $26 for adults, $19 to $24 for seniors, and $17 to $22 for kids ages 3 to 12. Children 2 and younger get in for free. Tickets can be purchased in advance online; tickets at the gate are subject to availability. If you have an Atlanta CityPASS, your pass covers entry to the museum.

Guided Tour tickets are available for $45 per person and include a one-hour guided tour through some of the most popular areas on-site, as well as access to all of the exhibits, films, and experiences. Plus, you'll get a skip-the-line photo op with the World of Coca-Cola Polar Bear.

Should you opt to stop by World of Coca-Cola, plan your itinerary so that your trip coincides with or is around the same time as a visit to the nearby Georgia Aquarium and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. All three attractions are accessible by streetcar, bus, train, and car. If you decide to drive, World of Coca-Cola has a parking garage that charges $20 per vehicle.
