Polk Penguin Conservation Center

Among the zoo's 15 habitats, the Polk Penguin Conservation Center is particularly popular. It is one of the largest centers for penguins worldwide, featuring a 326,000-gallon, 25-foot-deep aquatic area. This remarkable facility allows visitors to observe over 75 penguins representing five different species. The center includes an underwater gallery with two tunnels, offering views of the penguins from above, around, and below.

General admission ticket prices fluctuate daily. When purchased in advance online, tickets range from $14 to $24 for adults aged 13 to 64 years. For seniors (65 and older) and children (ages 2 to 12), tickets cost between $12 and $21. On-site ticket prices are higher, costing $27 for adults and $24 for seniors and children. Additionally, parking is available for $8 per vehicle.
