Key West's First Legal Rum Distillery, established in 2012, marks the first operational distillery since the end of Prohibition. This unique attraction offers visitors the opportunity to tour a functioning rum distillery, learn the art of crafting a perfect mojito, and sample a variety of specialty white and dark rums. These rums are crafted using Florida cane sugar and feature flavors such as coconut, vanilla crème brûlée, and Key lime.
