Located in the historic St. Augustine power and ice complex from 1907, this attraction offers free tastings and self-guided tours every day of the week.

Tour Options and Operating Hours

Guided Tours

Besides the option to explore independently at no cost, guided tours are offered daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for a fee. During these tours, visitors can see the spirit production process and learn to create the distillery’s signature cocktails while enjoying samples. Reservations are not necessary.

Retail Shop and Dining

The distillery’s retail shop operates from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Additionally, visitors can enjoy lunch and dinner at the Ice Plant Bar located upstairs, a popular spot among both tourists and locals.
