Introduction to Landscape Arch

Located in the Devils Garden area, Landscape Arch is North America's longest arch, stretching an amazing 306 feet. To view the arch, you can take an easy, flat 50-minute hike from the Devils Garden trailhead to the arch.

Hiking Experience

Trail Difficulty and Crowds

Recent visitors mentioned that the hike was easy, although the trail can become crowded. Despite the potential for crowds, viewing the arch is worth the effort. The lack of significant elevation gain makes this trail ideal for families with young children.

Extended Hikes

For those with the time and stamina, it is recommended to hike past the Landscape Arch to the Double O and Partition arches. Both of these arches are located beyond Landscape Arch and the trails to each are rated from moderate to difficult by the National Park Service (NPS).

Access and Additional Information

Access to Landscape Arch is included with your park admission. The arch is located less than 20 miles north of the park entrance, just beyond the Devils Garden trailhead. For more detailed information about the trails surrounding the arch, you can visit the official NPS website.
