As you travel along Palm Canyon Drive, it's important to note that the intersection of Tahquitz Canyon Way and Palm Canyon Drive serves as a directional divider. North Palm Canyon Drive is located north of Tahquitz Canyon Way and is primarily where most of the shopping occurs. In contrast, South Palm Canyon Drive is known for its dining options.

The sidewalks of Palm Canyon Drive are shaded by palm trees. However, it's advisable to wear a hat or apply sunscreen when strolling around during the summer months, as temperatures can frequently exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
